In order to maintain a well-functioning IT ecosystem, BICM introduces IT Ticketing System. IT will help to operate smooth operation and provide better ICT-related serivce for both BICM employees and students as per rules.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, the BICM ICT Department provides complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
